Thank you for visiting XIIBNIB. The following information outlines our shipping practices so you know exactly what to expect when you place an order.
Where We Ship
We offer free shipping on all products across Canada, with the following exceptions — we are currently unable to ship to:
- Addresses with a PO Box
- Yukon
- Northwest Territories
- Nunavut
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Order Processing & Handling Time
Orders are handled within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Our daily order cut-off time is 3:00 AM (EST). Orders placed after 3:00 AM will begin processing the following business day.
Orders placed on weekends or Canadian public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We ship using trusted Canadian carriers. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
Transit time : 1–6 business days
Total Delivery Time: 2–8 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high-volume periods (e.g., holidays).
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all eligible orders across Canada (see shipping exclusions above). No minimum order value is required.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.
In-Store Pickup (Heavy & Oversized Items)
For certain heavy or oversized products, in-store pickup only is available. This will be clearly indicated on the product page.
Pickup details:
- Pickup Location: 13A – 2018 Mallard Rd, London, ON N6H 5L8
- Ready for Pickup: Within 1–2 business days after placing your order
- Hold Period: Orders will be held for 6 days from the date your pickup notification is sent. If the order is not picked up within 6 days, it will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
Full pickup instructions and the exact pickup address will be included in your order confirmation email.
Shipping Delays
XIIBNIB is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@xiibnib.ca. Please include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. XIIBNIB is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@xiibnib.ca and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
