This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made from XIIBNIB (operating as xiibnib.ca). We are committed to providing a transparent and hassle-free shopping experience. Please review the details below before making a purchase.
1. Return Period
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Return requests submitted after 30 days may not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Include original packaging, tags, and accessories
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined or partially refunded.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@xiibnib.ca and provide:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for return
You may also submit a request through our Return Request Form available on our website. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions. Returns are generally approved if the eligibility conditions above are met.
Once approved, you will receive a free prepaid return label by email within 1–2 business days.
Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may be refused.
4. Return Shipping Costs
XIIBNIB provides a free prepaid return shipping label for all eligible returns. Once your return request is approved, we will email you a return label to download, print, and attach to your package. Returns may also be dropped off in person at our store: 13A – 2018 Mallard Rd, London, ON N6H 5L8.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@xiibnib.ca. Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
If approved, we will provide a replacement, refund, or return instructions, and return shipping will be covered by us. it is highly recommended to inspect the item on arrival and let us know of any defect within 2 hrs.
6. Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied only if the returned item is not in its original condition, such as:
- Signs of use
- Missing packaging or parts
- Damage not caused during delivery
No restocking fee will be charged for defective or incorrect items.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law:
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards
Some items may be marked as “Final Sale” and are not eligible for return. Such items will be clearly identified on the product page before purchase.
8. Inspection of Returns
All returned items are inspected upon receipt. We will notify you via email once your return has been approved or declined.
9. Refunds
Upon approval, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
10. Exchanges
We accept exchanges where possible. If you would like a different item, please contact us at info@xiibnib.ca with your order number and the item you’d like instead. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
11. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After 1 hour, the order may already be processed or prepared for shipping, and cancellation requests may no longer be accepted. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
