Where do you ship?

We ship across Canada (excluding PO Boxes, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut). We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 2–8 business days after shipment, depending on your location.

Is shipping free?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all eligible orders across Canada.

How do I return an item?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us at info@xiibnib.ca or submit a return request at xiibnib.ca/request-a-return/. We provide a free prepaid return label for all approved returns.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after your return is approved and received.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major credit cards.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, the order may already be in processing. Contact us immediately at info@xiibnib.ca if you need to cancel.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also track your order at xiibnib.ca/track-your-order/.

Is XIIBNIB a Canadian business?

Yes. XIIBNIB Corporation is a registered Canadian business based in London, Ontario. We have been selling since 2020 and are also available on Amazon Canada and Walmart Canada.
